- Managing a fleet of around 20 vehicles, along with supervising 2,200 vehicles at different field locations.
- Reviewing vehicle reservations, scheduling, dispatching, and returns.
- Tasks include handling electric vehicle recharging, fueling, and organizing regular car washes.
- Coordinating maintenance activities in line with the General Service Administration (GSA) lease agreement.
- Driving government vehicles for refueling, car washes, electric vehicle recharging, and maintenance.
- Collaborating with various stakeholders, including GSA Field Service Representatives and the GSA Maintenance Control Center.
- Working with field offices to ensure all documentation is accounted for.
- Offering guidance on GSA leasing agreement compliance.
- Analyzing telematics data, providing actionable plans to the Fleet Manager.
- Managing emails in the Fleet program shared mailbox.
- Performing routine checks in parking areas to enforce policy compliance.
