Oakton is currently seeking a Technical Writer (m/f/d) for ELA Container Offshore GmbH. Our company is a family-owned business specializing in mobile space solutions using container construction.

With 24 locations worldwide and a constantly growing fleet of containers, we are always looking for qualified, friendly, and team-oriented employees in all areas.

As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for managing and organizing project documentation, ensuring a complete overview of all project-related documents.

This includes maintaining a systematic filing and archiving system for all project documents and correspondence, as well as reviewing and updating technical documents such as manuals and workflows.

You will also be responsible for creating templates, managing document flow within the company, and producing ad-hoc project reports.

To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in Business, preferably with a focus on project management, or a technical writing qualification.

Experience in project coordination and document management, as well as proficiency in MS Office and Excel, are also required.

Knowledge of electronic document management systems (EDMS) is desirable, as well as strong planning and organizational skills, good communication abilities, and attention to detail.
