We are looking for a
Clerk (m/f/d) for Accounting to join our team at DRK Kreisverband Riesa e.
V. in Amador Pines, CA. This is a part-time position (35 hours/week) starting on June 1, 2023.

Your responsibilities:


  • You will support our accounting team in specific tasks, with a main focus on managing the finances of our three inhouse daycare centers.
  • You will be the point of contact for the directors of our childcare facilities, the parents of the children in our care, as well as the local authorities and the district of Meißen for administrative and financial matters related to the daycare centers.
  • You will work with the team to ensure proper accounting for the headquarters and its clients, in accordance with commercial regulations, and assist with budget planning and financial analysis

This includes:

  • Proper booking of all business transactions for the assigned clients, including their respective cash and bank accounts and asset accounting
