We are a medium-sized, steadily growing company with contracts in the areas of emergencies, cleaning, gardening, property management, and craftsmanship, operating throughout Berlin.

Responsibilities:
As a new employee in our company, your responsibilities will include:

Cleaning
Winter maintenance as needed
Property management tasks (meter readings, changing light bulbs, identifying and reporting defects in our properties, etc.)

Qualifications:

If you:
- have a valid Class B driver's license
- are fluent in German
- are a team player
- are reliable
- are responsible
- can work independently
- are communicative
