Responsibilities:

  • You are THE point of contact for our ZMV customers. They feel comfortable with you.
  • You train new ZMV customers and define common goals.
  • You answer customer inquiries and ensure successful software usage.
  • You are responsible for our social media channels and create exciting content.
  • You measure and plan measures to further promote customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • You have gained ZMV experience in a dental practice.
  • You enjoy customer contact (other ZMV), are articulate and energetic.
  • You want to learn the ins and outs of working in a startup.
  • You have a good understanding of computers and MS Office.
  • You have a high level of selfdiscipline and motivation.
