We are currently looking for a qualified pedagogical specialist (m/f/d) in accordance with the NKiTaG - 9 para. 2 for our daycare center "Das große Krabbeln" in Hannover-Misburg.

Job Description

In our humanistic daycare center "Das große Krabbeln", we take care of ten children between the ages of six months and three years from Monday to Friday between 7:30 am and 3:30 pm.

We value harmonious teamwork and a trusting collaboration with parents and families. Our pedagogical work is based on the situational approach. Our goal is to individually support each child in their development and help them become self-determined and responsible individuals.

Requirements

Completed training as a pedagogical specialist (m/f/d)
Professional experience in the U3 area is desirable
Flexibility, tolerance, and openness
Willingness to work collaboratively with the team and parents
Communication skills and creativity
Interest in promoting physical activity
Ability to work independently
