We are currently seeking Heilerziehungspfleger;in, Sozialpädagoge;in, Altenpfleger, Krankenpfleger, Krankenschwester, and Erzieher;in (m/w/d) for personal assistance in our ambulant supported living program in Essen, Boyce, LA.

This position is available immediately and can be full-time or part-time.

At Sozialwerk St. Georg, we provide services to enable people with assistance needs to live independently and equally in our society. We support around 4,500 people with assistance needs in North Rhine-Westphalia.

In our ambulant supported living program, we accompany people with cognitive impairments, mental illness, and/or addiction at our locations in Oberhausen, Duisburg, Essen, and four locations in Gelsenkirchen.

This position is based in Essen.

Your responsibilities:
You will join our team in personal assistance and support clients in achieving their personal goals.

You will work together with clients to identify their resources and assistance needs. As their main point of contact, you will be a facilitator, advisor, and supporter in their daily lives. Together with clients, you will implement the results of the overall planning process and provide tailored, individual support services.
