Regular weekly working hours are 30 (+X) hours depending on the number of children being cared for in Mad River, CA.
Compensation will be based on the TVöD, Social and Educational Services EntgGr. S8a.

Responsibilities:

The position involves working in municipal day care centers with children aged 1 to 10 years, in the areas of nursery and kindergarten, as well as afterschool care.

Requirements:

Degree as a staterecognized educator
Qualification certificate for the curriculum
Completed special education training or additional qualification desired
Additional specific pedagogical knowledge desired
Practical experience working with children in the relevant age groups
Ability to work independently according to the conceptual guidelines of the Saxon Education Plan
Willingness to work flexible and needsbased hours
Openmindedness, teamwork, reliability, and sense of responsibility
Willingness to participate in training measures
Submission of a clean extended police clearance certificate (after request)
All regulations for employees fall under the Collective Agreement for the Public Service (TVöD)
The first 6 months of employment are considered a probationary period
The provisions of the General Equal Treatment Act apply explicitly
