Your Responsibilities

  • You will be involved in monitoring all import and exportrelated processes within the company
  • You ensure compliance with the company's specific customs requirements
  • You are responsible for implementing and continuously improving effective export control measures
  • You correspond with customers, partners, and relevant customs authorities
  • You ensure compliance with all requirements resulting from the AEO status and optimize them
  • You analyze customs and sales tax implications for the implementation of new projects and cost evaluation
  • You process and monitor hits in the compliance database
  • You provide binding customs tariff information in collaboration with the relevant departments
  • You work closely with the planning and logistics departments and support them in customs and clearance matters
  • You manage all customsrelated documents
Your Profile

  • You have a university or technical college degree in business administration, or alternatively, a completed specialized vocational training with relevant further education or specialization and acquired specialized knowledge
  • You have several years of professional experience in foreign trade
  • You have knowledge of customs, import, and export law
  • You are proficient in using common MS Office programs
  • Your profile is completed by fluent German and very good English skills, both written and spoken
