We are a technology partner specializing in the design and implementation of collaborative digital ecosystems for supply chain management processes. Our company is dedicated to constantly developing innovative platforms and solutions to support the entire digital transformation lifecycle. We are currently seeking a resource with the following qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in support, preferably in a software solution for the digital supply chain
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, proficient in Microsoft/Google Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, G-Mail, etc.), with experience in Dashboards being a plus
  • Familiarity with programming or scripting languages such as Java, C#, SQL, .net, Cold Fusion, and Adobe
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS, and other similar platforms
  • Effective organizational, analytical, time management, and documentation skills, with a keen attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English. Knowledge of French or Italian is a plus
  • Ability to work and collaborate effectively with a diverse workforce, vendors, and enduser community
  • Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills
  • Experience with IT service management/ticketing systems
  • ITIL Certification
