We are currently seeking a:
Social Pedagogue (m/f/d)
- in the social service department and in the field of vocational training in a workshop for disabled people.


Your responsibilities:
- individual social pedagogical support and guidance for employees with disabilities
- crisis intervention
- acquisition of internships
- implementation of measures to promote the transition to the first job market
- person-centered implementation of care plan meetings and creation of care plans
- development, support and implementation of individual qualification and training measures
- administrative tasks (file management, data maintenance)


We expect:
- completed degree in social pedagogy/work or social work
- previous knowledge in special education and a positive attitude towards people with disabilities
- ability to work in a team, commitment, empathy, organizational skills, resilience
- ability to work independently and constructively deal with change processes
- willingness to further education
- proficient in Microsoft Office
- driver's license class B
