Position: Head of Customer Success
About the Role: Are you enthusiastic about ensuring customer success in the ever-changing world of programmatic advertising? We are looking for an experienced Head of Customer Success to lead our dedicated team in helping our clients achieve their business goals and get the most out of our solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
- Lead and mentor a team of customer success managers to provide exceptional service and support to our clients.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to advocate for customer needs and improve our products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations.
- Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address any issues or concerns.
- Create and present customer success metrics and reports to senior management.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in a customer success leadership role, preferably in the advertising industry.
- In-depth knowledge of programmatic advertising and digital marketing ecosystems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
