The Production Supervisor - Injection Molding is responsible for overseeing the daily operation of the molding department and its production leaders by monitoring quality, efficiency, safety, and troubleshooting

Required Skills:


- High school diploma or GED required.

  • Previous experience as a production supervisor or technical lead within the injection molding industry.
  • Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations and management.
  • Time management skills and the ability to delegate.
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problemsolving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evening, nights and/or weekends.

Pay:
$85, $90,000.00 per year
