Description

Job Duties

  • Records, verifies, and posts payments received by the Company
  • Ensures transactions are recorded promptly and accurately in accordance with the Company's internal accounting policies
  • Reconciles payments with Accounts Receivable ledger and prepares reports on delinquent accounts
  • Responsible for customer billing and researching customer inquiries regarding bills
  • Works closely with Logistics to ensure timely and complete customer billing
  • Resolves valid or unauthorized deductions by customers on balances due
  • Filing & categorizing documentation
  • Entail some Accounts Payable job duties
  • Assisting with special projects
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:


  • Minimum associates degree in accounting or applicable degree, bachelors preferred.
  • 24 years of similar jobrelated experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products (Word & Excel)
  • Previous experience in retailer customer accounting and deduction management a huge plus
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central a plus
  • May require some overtime
  • May require some light lifting

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
The position reports to the Controller. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, FSA and HSA program, paid-time off and 401K. Granite Gold provides equal employment to all persons. The position is On-Premises.


Pay:
$65, $70,000.00 per year
