Your responsibilities:
- Developing a longterm business policy for the elderly care sector (considering various concepts in elderly care, including outpatient care models)
- Conducting a thorough business analysis of the current situation and creating a strategic plan for the economic management of the elderly care sector
- Creating annual financial, investment, and staffing plans, as well as threeyear plans
- Maintaining the quality of resident care and continuously improving the quality management system
- Managing occupancy levels
Your profile:
- Completed degree in business administration, such as economics, healthcare management, or a related field
- Experience in managing employees and proven experience in regional management of nursing homes (across multiple locations)
- Strong customer service orientation towards clients, partners, funding agencies, and referrers
- Empathy and sensitivity, with the ability to adapt to different stakeholders
- Alignment with Christian values
