Performance Billing Employee (m/f/d) in the youth welfare sector, specifically in the area of foster families, starting as soon as possible.


  • Working hours: 19.5 hours/week
  • Your profile/competencies in focus:


  • Expert

  • with a completed commercial vocational training. Knowledge of social law, child and youth welfare, and the German Civil Code (BGB) is desirable, as well as experience in financial accounting.
  • Strong character high willingness to familiarize yourself with the subject matter. Enjoyment of precise work, as well as a strong customer service orientation and teamwork skills.
  • Multitasking talent with solid knowledge of performance billing and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). Your profile is rounded off by experience with the billing software VIA-S.

  • Maintenance and input of all billing-relevant data
  • Creation of cost statements
  • Preparation of care contracts
