Your responsibilities

Administrative processing of invoices and organization of delivery notes
Administrative tasks, systematic implementation of price changes, inventory reconciliations
Contact person (m/f/d) for questions from branches and other internal departments (by phone, Teams and email)
Maintenance of master data and backorders in the system
Support of team management and category managers in daily brand management
Support in distribution of goods
Processing of repair cases

Your qualifications

Completed commercial training
First experience with merchandise management systems and supplier management is an advantage
Affinity for the luxury industry and/or
