Activities
- Independent configuration of systems
- Worldwide commissioning and customer and project support from A-Z
- Handling and processing of malfunctions within the on-call duty
- Independent and responsible coordination of appointments
- Execution of maintenance and service tasks
- Creation and completion of documentation
- Application and technical support, also on-site (after sales)
Requirements
- You are a technician or engineer in the field of computer science, environmental measurement or electrical engineering, or have an equivalent qualification
- You have at least 3 years of professional experience in project execution or service and are a friendly person with a confident demeanor when interacting with customers
- You have excellent knowledge of MS Office products and basic knowledge of PLCs
- Ideally, you have knowledge in the IT field, basic knowledge of the programming language C or logic functions
- You have very good German and good English skills in spoken and written form
- You have a valid driver's license
- You are a team player, resilient, loyal, and have a long-term orientation and a high level of service orientation
