At the Technical University of East Westphalia-Lippe, located in Lemgo, we are currently seeking a highly qualified and motivated individual to join our Finance Department as a:


Employee (f/m/d) in Payment Transactions and Financial Controlling:

unlimited **position.


Your responsibilities will include:


  • Conducting payment transactions and booking bank transactions
  • Processing unclear incoming payments
  • Preparing daily financial statements
  • Reporting (creating regular reports, adhoc evaluations and analyses)
  • Supporting operational financial controlling
  • Maintaining master data in the ERP system (cost centers / cost units)
  • Assisting with liquidity management (managing liquidity, fund requests, investments)

  • Successfully completed training as a public administration clerk (f/m/d) or a comparable commercial education
  • Several years of experience in accounting is desirable
  • Preferably professional experience in the higher education sector or another public administration
  • Good computer skills, particularly with common MS Office products
  • Basic knowledge of MACH or another ERP system is advantageous
  • A thorough and conscientious work ethic
  • Strong service and customer orientation is beneficial
