Description
We are currently seeking a Lead C++ Engineer to join our client, a global organization in the Medical Industry, at their Berlin Tech Hub. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving development, leading projects, and maintaining best practices within the Hub.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Head of the Department on all technical aspects of the business
- Take the lead on technical projects
- Conduct peer code reviews, ensure adherence to best practices, and recommend new technology solutions
- Mentor junior software engineers
- Work closely with colleagues on software architecture and implementing new features
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in C++ software and web application development
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire team members
- Master's degree or PhD in a technical field (Computer Science, Maths, Physics)
- Strong experience with computational 3D geometry
- Experience with 3D engines and libraries such as OpenGL, WebGL, and DirectX is a plus
- Fluent in English
