In your internship, you will support the "Initial Training" team conceptually and organizationally in company-wide projects for the target group of trainees and dual students.

The focus of your internship will be on the conception, preparation, implementation, and evaluation of the central welcome event for all young employees, as well as the company-wide welcome event.


We are looking for you for a 4-6 month internship (m/f/d), which should take place between June and November 2024.

The internship will be located in Berlin (main station), where you can work in a mix of office and home office days.


Your tasks:

  • Your organizational skills are in demand you support us in all phases of event management, including the conception of communication measures
  • You prepare the marketing for our events, use all available communication channels, and ensure a targeted approach to the target group
  • Together with your team, you plan exciting events by designing framework programs for events and managing participant management
  • You create contributions for external and internal communication and support in the followup of events (e.g. feedback)
