We are currently seeking a qualified Asset Manager (m/w/d) for our client, a medium-sized real estate company in Erlangen. This is a direct hire position.


Your responsibilities:

  • Overseeing and monitoring the acquisition and sales processes
  • Evaluating incoming offers
  • Assisting in the first assessment and preparation of profitability calculations for potential new projects
  • Supporting the active planning, control, implementation, updating, and monitoring of all valueinfluencing measures of the real estate portfolio
  • Budget planning
  • Acting as an interface between management on one hand and commercial and technical service providers on the other
  • Conducting cost and revenue controlling at the property and portfolio level
  • Developing and implementing rental concepts

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed education in the real estate sector or comparable qualification in real estate management
  • Relevant professional experience in asset management is required
  • High selfmotivation, teamwork, flexibility, and willingness to take on responsibility
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
  • Valid driver's license (Class B) required
