Your responsibility:


  • Organizing the development and improvement of online sales processes (customerbased) in the Digital Sales Platform for insurance products
  • Managing a development team
  • Close collaboration with various roles such as Tribe Leads, Business Analysts, Solution Designers, technical experts, departments, and crossfunctional teams within the organization
  • Requirements management, including process detailing, implementation, and functional acceptance
  • Developing new concepts and taking responsibility for their implementation for productrelated processes
  • Creating prioritized work packages and user stories
  • Prioritizing the backlog
  • Defining functional requirements and process design
  • Taking responsibility for the delivery of work packages

Your competence:


  • Experience in working with IT departments and ideally in agile project work
  • Experience in the insurance industry and in the digital environment, as well as experience with Confluence and Jira,
