Deputy Nursing Service Manager (m/f/d)

to start as soon as possible

Full-time (38.5 hours/week)

Job description:


  • Structuring of nursing and care processes according to company guidelines
  • Maintaining and improving highquality nursing care
  • Ensuring proper nursing documentation
  • Efficient organization and respectful employee management
  • Participation in planning and controlling of personnel deployment, employee selection, evaluation, and further education
  • Adherence to prescribed work processes and their further development in nursing, among others
  • Coordination of personnel and business processes
  • You work hand in hand with the nursing service management and the facility management
