Your tasks with us:

  • You are responsible for planning and managing our workshop team
  • You advise our customers on workshop products and ensure that all customers receive individual and needsbased advice
  • Show off your technical and manual skills by repairing bicycles and ebikes
  • Be a helping hand and install purchased accessories on customer bikes
  • Take care of repair intake and inventory management through our merchandise management system
  • You ensure workshop quality and customer satisfaction and continuously improve them
  • If something does go wrong, you support with processing returns and complaints
