Object Manager (m/f/d) for Technical Facility Management

Your challenge with us:

Managing the technical and infrastructure teams in your objects, including
scheduling:

  • Monitoring all technical processes, including quality assurance
  • Ensuring the costeffectiveness of your objects

Managing
revenue and
costs, and being responsible for staying within the
budget:

  • Managing existing contract relationships
-
Communicating with clients and authorities

  • Coordinating and directing all service areas for FM clients

Your place of work is in Unterhaching. From there, you will oversee various objects in the surrounding area.

Technical education: electrician, electronics technician, mechatronics technician, or plumbing, heating, and air conditioning technician (building technology specialization)
