Your Responsibilities

  • Providing technical support for our customers, internal customer service representatives, and field employees
  • Receiving, processing, and monitoring technical requests (inquiries, damage and incident reports), identifying aging issues, and conducting root cause analyses
  • Collecting and processing field data related to fleet maintenance and operations, and creating regular statistical reports and reliability analyses
  • Reviewing, monitoring, and distributing service bulletins, service letters, and repair instructions
  • Assisting the team in developing new services and business models to improve customer service

Your Tools/Knowledge

  • You have a degree in aviation and several years of professional experience in the mentioned field
  • You enjoy working in an international environment with rapid growth and extremely short decision-making processes
  • Like us, you are a team player, enjoy laughing, and have a passion for technical requirements
  • Ideally, you already have knowledge of SAP. You have a self-sufficient working style and enjoy taking on responsibility? Perfect
  • Excellent English skills in both written and spoken form are not a problem for you
