As one of the most successful and innovative personnel service companies in Germany, we are currently looking for a Billing Auditor (m/f/d) for 39 hours per week in Stuttgart, Kingsley, KY.

Your responsibilities:

  • Examination and coding of delivery invoices
  • Clarification of credit differences with suppliers and/or client error correction
  • Clarification of goods receipt entries
  • Processing of price deviations and reminders
  • Management of open items and complaints

Your profile:

  • Completed education, preferably in a commercial field
  • Professional experience in accounting (at least 1 year) preferred
  • Negotiation skills and conflict management
  • Experience with common MS Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Word)
