At Trego-Rohrersville Station, we understand that a successful sales team is crucial for the current and future success of our company.

As the automotive industry continues to grow, the demand for high-frequency cabling for applications such as driver assistance and autonomous driving is also increasing.

In order to expand our presence in this rapidly growing market, we are seeking a new team member to join us in Montbeliard, France.

This is an exciting and flexible opportunity with a strong focus on customer communication.


Your responsibilities will include key account management, independently managing sales projects, acquiring new projects through networking, developing offers and presentations in collaboration with other departments, negotiating within agreed frameworks, and supporting new product projects from the offer phase to series production.

You will also be responsible for driving profitable sales growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying new business opportunities. Additionally, you will be involved in market analysis and identifying new trends.

To be successful in this role, you should have a technical degree (e.g. industrial engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, etc.), relevant experience in sales and customer service, and knowledge of the data cable industry and automotive sector.

You should also have a sales-oriented and structured mindset, enjoy interacting with customers, and possess strong communication and assertiveness skills.

Fluency in French, English, and German is required, and additional language skills are desired. This role will also require travel and a high degree of flexibility.
