Your responsibilities will include being the first point of contact for our customers regarding our products.

You will impress them with your expert advice through phone, chat, and email, and use your experience to identify new customer needs and requirements.

You will also coordinate all customer inquiries with your internal team and document them accordingly. Additionally, you will support and assist our external sales team in their daily tasks.

To be successful in this role, you should have a completed commercial or printing technical education. Ideally, you also have some professional experience in the print media industry.
