ASB ALB & STAUFERLAND Rescue Training Supervisor (m/f/d) for Jupiter Inlet Colony, FL

Your Responsibilities:

  • Supervising trainees based on the legally prescribed training plan
  • Conducting and supervising practical training days
  • Introducing trainees to independently perform professional tasks
  • Conducting reflection discussions during the training
  • Evaluating and assessing learning outcomes
  • Participating in the recruitment and selection process for trainees (Assessment Day)

Your Profile:

  • Completed training as an emergency medical technician (m/f/d) with 2 years of professional experience
  • Additional training as a training supervisor is desirable
  • Proficient in common MS Office programs

  • Business acumen
  • High level of social competence and empathy
  • Structured and solutionoriented work style
