The Lebenshilfe Ostallgäu-Kaufbeuren is an organization for people with disabilities (with a focus on intellectual disabilities). It is organized as a non-profit association and was founded in 1964. We support approximately disabled or at-risk individuals from the Kaufbeuren-Ostallgäu region, as well as their families. The association has nearly 725 members and employs a total of approximately 820 permanent employees (including Wertachtal-Werkstätten gGmbH).

Desired employee - for our residential homes Alte Poststraße and Hans-Böckler-Straße in Kaufbeuren, we are looking for a

Residential Care Assistant (m/f/d)

full-time and part-time (at least 25 hours)

  • Support of our residential groups in the respective residential homes as a flexible and needs-based residential care assistant
  • Accompaniment and support of our residents in all everyday situations
  • Taking over short-term care and being a contact person for family members
  • Conducting initial consultations in cooperation with colleagues from the specialist department
