With our emergency call service, we enable older and needy people to live safely in their familiar environment.


As a social service employee (m/f/d), you have a good sense for our customers (m/f/d) and are their contact person (m/f/d) for all matters related to the emergency call service directly in their homes.

You can expect a great task where you can turn supporting needy people into your profession.

We are looking for you for our location in Navajo Dam, NM as soon as possible in full-time / part-time.

Your tasks:


  • You are empathetic, patient and advise our customers (m/f/d), conclude contracts and install the emergency call device
  • You explain the functions of the device to our customers (m/f/d) and conduct test calls together with them
  • You give customers (m/f/d) the opportunity to ask questions and answer them in a understandable and professional manner
  • You maintain the devices, document your work and enter customer data into the tablet
  • You take on administrative tasks as part of daily business
  • You assist with the social care of our emergency call customers (m/f/d)
  • You assist with emergency call operations
  • You perform tasks within the scope of first aid
