Job Description:


  • Property management for our offices, both in volunteer and professional capacities
  • Close collaboration with the Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks
  • Developing solutions for property inquiries
  • Accompanying and coordinating construction and maintenance measures
  • Considering and managing budget resources, as well as all necessary requirements for safety and health protection in the properties

Requirements:


  • Successfully completed bachelor's degree from a (technical) university of applied sciences, for example in the field of construction or real estate management
  • Applications are also open to THW employees in a comparable middle service position who have obtained the necessary qualifications within THW
  • Strong willingness to work closely and cooperatively with volunteers
  • Independent and responsible work, as well as participation in various committees as helpers
  • Good MS Office skills, advanced Excel knowledge
  • Diversity competence
  • Driver's license class III or B or BE
  • Willingness to travel extensively
  • Willingness to work outside of regular working hours and be available if needed
