Our worldwide customer base of over 2,400 includes companies such as Audi AG, Baxter, Evonik, the Federal Police, Mercedes-Benz, Volkswagen AG, various municipal utilities, cities and municipalities, various ASB associations, Caritas, and the German Red Cross, to name a few.
Responsibilities:
- You support the sales team in handling incoming customer inquiries via phone and email
- Creation of quotes, order processing, and execution
- Customer support
- Placing orders and bookings related to order processing for customers
- Participation in meetings and discussions
Qualifications:
- Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
- A friendly and professional telephone manner and enjoyment of customer contact
- Strong organizational skills and a team player
- You have either completed a commercial or technical training and have relevant work experience
- A basic understanding of building technology is advantageous but not required
- Working with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word) is not a problem for you
