Support us
immediately in our transitional housing for people with mental disabilities in Zeulenroda-Triebes as a caregiver.

The position is
initially limited to one year with the option for extension as a
marginal employment with a working time from Monday to Sunday according to the duty roster.


Job description:


  • Assistance in caring for the residents with a focus on maintaining or (re)teaching and stabilizing practical life skills
  • Assistance in promoting the independence of the residents with the goal of achieving the highest level of personal development, social integration, selfsufficiency, and independence from outside help
  • Cleaning tasks in the house (staff area, resident rooms, hallway, kitchen, bathrooms, resident baths, windows)

You bring with you:


  • Experience in the household sector
  • Tolerance, acceptance, and empathy in dealing with mentally ill people
