Tasks we entrust to you:

You assist in managing daily operations and keep an eye on business metrics.
You optimize and design sales areas, present current assortments, and organize salespromoting measures.
With joy and passion, you lead and motivate your team and support in personnel planning.
You work according to the quality guidelines of EDEKA Minden-Hannover and other legal requirements.

Do you recognize yourself?:

You have completed training in retail (e.g. retail salesperson) or a further education (e.g. retail specialist) .
You have a business mindset, analytical understanding, and organizational talent.
You communicate transparently, lead with empathy, and make decisions independently.
Ideally, you have a training certificate and a certificate for overthecounter medicines.

Your working hours and location:

Fulltime
Rotating shifts within the market's opening hours

Shift work: Mon

Fri from 6:00 am 10:00 pm and Sat
Sun from 8:00 am 10:00 pm
You will work in one of our markets at:

Bahnhof Lichtenberg in 10317 Berlin Lichtenberg, Weitlingstraße 22
Bhanhof Südkreuz in 10829 Berlin-Schöneberg, Hildegard-Knef-Platz 1
