Amazon's European Transportation team is responsible for connecting our transportation network across Europe to deliver billions of shipments each year. We work with various internal teams (such as Supply Chain, Finance, Tech, and Retail) to ensure fast and reliable delivery to our customers at the lowest cost possible.
As a Transportation Program Manager, you will act as a liaison between business teams and Trans tech teams to ensure that transportation systems are aligned with our strategic transportation network plan. Your role will involve understanding the business needs of our customers and providing optimal system solutions. You will also identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to enhance the performance of our network, streamline processes, and utilize existing resources.

About the team
The EU Global Transportation Service (GTS) team at Amazon is seeking a passionate and customer-focused Program Manager to lead the EU Transportation Network Engineering team and assist in designing and optimizing our transportation network. This role will involve understanding both physical and virtual transportation processes, from our fulfillment centers to our final mile carriers who deliver packages to our customers. As a member of the EU Customer Fulfillment Network Design team, you will combine your knowledge of business processes, data expertise, and analytical skills to identify and drive programs within our transportation network.
