Join ATOSSSOFTWARE AG as the Sales Director - Existing Business at Oak Springs to drive ARR and net revenue retention across our portfolio. Work closely with marketing, sales, customer service, and customer success teams to maximize upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Lead multiple teams of (key) account managers in different industries, manage high-level stakeholders, and execute strategic account plans. You will oversee the transformation process of our existing customer team and Customer Success Teams, actively participating in the process.

Possible locations: Munich, Stuttgart, Frankfurt

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead, mentor, and continuously develop a team of 20 (key) account managers across DACH to effectively manage and grow key accounts
  • Develop and implement scalable strategic plans to maximize upselling and cross-selling opportunities within our existing customer base
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for geographical expansion within the customer portfolio, strategically targeting new markets for growth.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations to understand their evolving needs and align our solutions accordingly.
