Head of People Planning (M/F/d):


As the Head of People Planning Section, you will be a proven professional responsible for managing a team to support department objectives through operational planning.

You will identify the need for changes and implement improvements to processes and procedures, creating value for the business and the company as a whole.


In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing people and organizational frameworks, such as HR standards (policies, compensation & benefits, HR processes, and programs).
