Material Purchaser (m/f/d) Your terrain - Your tasks in the team
Processing orders, tracking delivery dates, and handling administrative tasks within the purchasing department for production
Negotiating prices based on production quantities
Ensuring timely and quality supply of goods to producers for production
Initiating and monitoring material inspections for production quantities
Tracking shipping dates and quantities for production
Invoice verification and processing of debit notes
Handling of complaints
Conducting evaluations of material suppliers
Communication with all relevant internal and external interfaces
Procurement analysis
Your talents - What you bring
Completed degree, preferably in the field of textile and clothing technology or equivalent qualification
At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar position
Business knowledge and understanding of numbers
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
In-depth knowledge of textile procurement markets, especially Asia, Turkey, and Europe
High level of system affinity and project and process knowledge
Negotiation skills, assertiveness, and decision-making ability
Teamwork, communication skills, and consulting competence
