As a personnel consultant, we are looking for an ambitious (sole) managing director in a trusting collaboration with exclusive commission for our renowned client - a medium-sized, healthy and successful company specializing in sustainable corrugated packaging solutions and the production and distribution of high-quality transport packaging according to customer requirements. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader, able to act independently in daily operations. Reporting directly to the owners of the German family holding company in which the company is embedded, this position offers a great opportunity for career growth and comes with a high level of autonomy. We are seeking a hands-on-oriented manager, who is a doer and strategist all in one. In this attractive position, you will be responsible for a wide range of commercial, sales, and technical tasks (an experienced technical operations manager is already on site), with the goal of ensuring profitability and further expanding the company's success. The company is located in a convenient and attractive location in Versmold, easily accessible from Bielefeld, Gütersloh, or Osnabrück. A prerequisite for this position is a residence within daily commuting distance or willingness to relocate.
