To strengthen our team at our location in Nuremberg, we are looking for a part-time hours) office clerk / administrative assistant / accountant (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

Today, resmio is used in over 150 countries and by more than 10,000 restaurants worldwide. In short, we are the solution for more guests and the best service.Your tasks:
- You support the team in the area of preparatory accounting.
- You are responsible for invoicing our customers and partners.
- You record incoming payments and handle dunning procedures.
- You review new contracts and create commission statements.
- You independently communicate with external service providers.
- You take care of administrative tasks such as office organization, ordering, etc.
What we are looking for:
- Preferably a commercial background or training, but also open to accountants
- Ideally, professional experience in a similar position
- Very independent and proactive way of working, as well as strong organizational skills and time management
