As a preferred supplier of our client, a global player in the transportation and logistics industry, SimpleXX GmbH is looking for Automatenguide for the locations of Heidelberg, Mannheim, Frankfurt (Main), Wiesbaden, Darmstadt, Gießen, Hanau, Offenbach (Main), Mainz, Koblenz, and Fuldabrück.

Your responsibilities will include:


  • Assisting customers with purchasing the 9 Euro ticket at the machine
  • Actively approaching and directing customers to the machine upon entering the travel center
  • Providing information about the conditions and travel options with the 9 Euro ticket

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is helpful, customer-oriented, and service-minded, with excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with people in various situations
  • Has knowledge about the 9 Euro ticket (training will be provided onsite)
  • Preferably has experience within the DB Group
  • Has excellent German language skills

Type of employment:
Full-time, permanent position


Working hours:

  • 8hour shifts
  • Evening shifts
