Qualifications:
- Crew leaders need a minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience
- Proficiency in flatwork, hardscape, masonry, and layout
- Capability to interpret plans
- Leadership and mentoring skills for crew members
- Valid license to operate non-CDL trucks and trailers
- Dependability is essential
General Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work in diverse weather conditions
- Physical fitness to lift items weighing over 40lbs
