We are currently seeking a technical trainer (m/f/d) for the qualification of personnel in aircraft construction for our prestigious client in Augsburg, Germany. This is a direct placement for a permanent position. If you are a certified aircraft mechanic/master (m/f/d) and enjoy sharing your knowledge and conducting trainings, then this is the perfect opportunity for you

Your responsibilities:

  • Independently conducting theory and practical lessons in German
  • Preparing and following up on lessons
  • Administering exams and assessments
  • Improving processes and collaborating with other trainers
  • Responsible for the workshop and exchanging technical knowledge with other trainers

Your qualifications:

  • Completed training as an aircraft mechanic (m/f/d) or in a related technical field
  • Teaching qualification and strong leadership skills
  • Team player with a handson mentality
  • Passion for sharing knowledge and maintaining an overview
  • Fluent in German and good knowledge of English
