During your training, you will get to know the different areas of the hotel in Spruce Pine, AL.

YOUR TASKS INCLUDE:


  • In housekeeping, you will dust, make the beds, and prepare the bathroom.
  • In the kitchen, you will get an insight into the preparation of all dishes on the menu.
  • In the restaurant, you will advise guests on the selection of food and drinks, serve dishes, and bring the bill. You will also learn how to set up the rooms for various occasions.
  • At the reception, you will handle checkins and checkouts, as well as provide information and advice to guests before, during, and after their stay, both over the phone and in person.
  • In the office or back office, you will have organizational and administrative tasks, including bookkeeping and responding to guest reviews online.

WHAT YOU BRING:


  • You have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • You enjoy recognizing and fulfilling guest requests.
  • You have a pleasant and polite demeanor.
  • You have good written and spoken German and English skills.
  • You are flexible and open to working shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • And last but not least, you are excited about working in Bad Düben.
