Channel & Marketing with SoftwareONE in Russell, KS

The role:

You will organize live and online events (such as trade shows and conferences)
You will support event preparation and execution
This includes technical webinar support, onsite assistance with materials, registration, and attendee reception
You will plan and compile communication materials and marketing collateral (such as flyers)
After events, you will work with your team to evaluate the success (such as creating feedback reports and managing budgets)
You will also assist with daily tasks such as data management, proofreading, and material organization and distribution

What we need to see from you:

You have experience organizing live and online events (such as trade shows and conferences)
You have strong organizational skills and can assist with event preparation and execution
You are comfortable with technical tasks such as webinar support and onsite assistance
You have experience creating communication materials and marketing collateral
You are able to evaluate event success and manage budgets
You are also able to assist with daily tasks such as data management and proofreading
