Our solution offers our customers in the German-speaking region the ability to track and plan their employees' working hours.

As digitalization continues to expand into various areas of the workforce, we are planning to triple our team in the next three years and are therefore looking for you to help us fulfill our vision.


Your responsibilities:

  • Dive deep into our product and find the optimal solution for each of our customers' diverse use cases
  • Our customers will be grateful for your support via phone, email, or chat
  • As the main point of contact between the customer and Crewmeister, you will qualify customer inquiries for further processing and development of our solution
  • Identify upselling potential with our existing customers and introduce them to new products and features that will make their lives easier
  • Continuously identify areas for improvement in our processes and tools to actively develop Crewmeister
  • Take on responsibility for specific areas to drive the entire team forward

What you bring:

  • You have a quick grasp and are comfortable with software and the internet
  • Excellent German skills
