We support building owners and general contractors with construction logistics consulting and planning services, and as a leading full-service provider in the operational project management of large construction projects, we handle all necessary coordination, management, and execution services in the areas of waste and disposal logistics, personnel services, and construction site setup. Your new area of responsibility will be at our location in Munich.


Responsibilities:


  • Providing tender documents and formal review of required documents for bid submission
  • Participation in bid processing (sending and tracking subcontractor inquiries, creating price comparisons)
  • Synchronization of presentations and references
  • Coordination of deadlines and compilation of bid documents, creation of bid cover letters with technical support from colleagues
  • Organization of construction site opening meetings
  • Administration and document management of email inbox for acquisition
  • Procurement of information

What you bring:


  • Successfully completed commercial training or relevant degree, preferably in construction or facility management
  • Experience in the construction, real estate, or facility management industry
  • Perfect German language skills in speaking and writing
  • High level of selfmotivation, responsibility, and loyalty
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
